1.You can fill out a repair order on the Sunny Way Tech official website(www.nzsunnyway.com), via WhatsApp (0210421081). When submitting the order, please provide detailed information about your device and the issue to ensure a more accurate repair quote. Also, make sure to enter your contact details and shipping address correctly.
1.After successfully submitting your order, you will need to send your faulty device to the Sunny Way Tech repair center for diagnosis and repair.
2.Before shipping your device:
o Remove any lock passwords and back up your data(Sunny Way Tech is not responsible for data loss during the repair process).
1.Once Sunny Way Tech receives your device, we will conduct diagnostics and verify the repair plan based on the results. If there are any changes, we will contact you for confirmation.
2.If you accept the new repair plan, we will proceed with the repair accordingly. If you decline the repair, Sunny Way Tech will charge a $30 diagnostic fee and return the device to you (shipping costs not included).
1.Once the repair plan is confirmed, Sunny Way Tech will begin repairing your device. In most cases, repairs are completed within 24 hours, followed by the payment process.

2.Please complete the payment as soon as possible after confirming the repair plan. Sunny Way Tech will arrange the return shipment of your device upon receiving the payment.
1.Once the repair is complete, your device will be shipped back to the return address you provided when submitting your order. If your return address has changed, please contact customer service (021-0421081)to update it. Upon receiving your device, please check and confirm that it has been properly repaired and that there are no other issues.
2.When your device is shipped, you will receive a notification via email, including the tracking number. You can also check your order status via the Sunny Way Tech website or WhatsApp. If you have any questions, please contact customer service (021-0421081).
