TERMS AND CONDITIONS: At the time of job booking you will be provided with a free estimate of the cost of the repair by Sunny Way based on the standard pricing structure. If the device is fully repairable for this estimated price the job will be completed and be ready for collection at Sunny Way. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the customer with notification of the completed repair. If the initial estimate was incorrect, Sunny Way will contact you directly to discuss the revised estimate and will require authorization to proceed.
· Sunny Way cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal data of whatsoever nature: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all data is backed up. Data will be deleted and need ID/Google ID and password. If device found blacklisted later, unlocking fee still applies.
· Due to the nature of Software Applications, Sunny Way cannot be held liable for disintegration of software platforms that might result in the handset being permanently damaged during UNLOCK, FIRMWARE UPGRADES AND LANGUAGE UPLOADS.
· Devices must be collected within 30 days from the repair or return date, whichever is later, or the device will become the property of Sunny Way to dispose of.
· Repairs will be covered for a period of 180 days, covering the same fault that was repaired – Parts and Labor. However we do not cover any impact or physical damage of cracks on screen or LCD explosion of black screen of death or black spots on screen or water damage.
· As Third Party Repair, we are using the third-party product. Third-party products may not support official system upgrades
· Software problems are not covered by warranty, therefore a service charge will apply.
· Warranties do not cover Data Recovery or Backup.
